Flexible Construction Delivery - Builder or Management

Builder Option (DBU Registered Builder)

We act as your builder, responsible for delivering the construction works from start to finish.

This includes managing site works, coordinating trades, ensuring compliance, and delivering the final build according to approved plans. As your builder, we take full responsibility for construction execution, quality, and delivery outcomes.

This option is ideal for clients who want a single accountable builder managing the entire construction process.

Construction Management Option

We act as your independent construction manager, overseeing your project while you engage your own builder or contractors.

Our role is to manage timelines, coordinate consultants and trades, monitor costs, and ensure the project is delivered according to plan. We focus on protecting your interests by providing oversight, transparency, and professional project control.

This option is ideal for clients who want expert supervision without giving up builder control.

Full Construction Delivery Under One Contract

As a Registered Builder, we can act as your appointed builder responsible for delivering the physical construction works from start to finish.

Pre-Construction Coordination

We review approved plans and construction documentation to ensure the project is build-ready. This includes assessing constructability, identifying risks, and aligning scope before works commence.

Site Establishment & Setup

We coordinate site mobilisation, builder setup, safety requirements, and initial construction scheduling to ensure a smooth project start.

Construction Execution

We manage all construction works on site, including coordination of trades, sequencing of works, and supervision of daily site activities to ensure efficient delivery.

Cost & Variation Management

We manage construction costs throughout the build, including variations, contractor claims, and progress payment assessments to maintain financial control.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

We ensure all works meet relevant building codes, approved plans, and regulatory requirements through ongoing inspections and quality checks.

Practical Completion & Handover

We manage final inspections, defect resolution, compliance sign-off, and handover of the completed project.
